Maria Dobbin, originally from Jakarta and now lives in Southampton since 2003. As a busy housewife with two young children she managed to learn how to make Tempeh.
Back in her home town, Tempeh is easily available in the form of cooking or on its own. However she found that it is rare to find fresh Tempeh in the United Kingdom and the demand for this soy based product is quiet high.
Seeing the opportunity and wanting to learn the art of trading, she began producing Tempeh and had since been successful in gathering loyal customers.
